Republicans and Democrats: The Hypocritical Team

Since its beginnings, Wikileaks has aroused both hatred and veneration among its followers and detractors as much as any other worldwide organization. However, what is most striking is that a large number of these people, including Donald Trump and the U.S. Democratic Party, have changed their opinions about Wikileaks several times over the last few years, revealing a high degree of hypocrisy.

In 2010, after Wikileaks published hundreds of thousands of classified documents and videos provided by Chelsea Manning, President Trump said:

“WikiLeaks is disgraceful, there should be like the death penalty or something.”

At the time of the above statement, Trump was often criticizing Wikileaks and its staffers. However, during the last Presidential campaign, Trump changed his mind, and started to praise Wikileaks’ work while encouraging the group to continue disclosing secrets related to John Podesta and Hillary Clinton. He also suggested that Wikileaks was the most reliable media organization in the world.

On Tuesday, Wikileaks disclosed the largest leak of classified CIA documents to date, exposing that the CIA had been hacking electronic devices for surveillance in mass, even abroad  (including the techniques used to break said electronic devices).

On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said:

“While I don’t want to get into confirming or denying this particular thing, I think it is interesting that — how different subjects are approached. People immediately began rushing to question this, and expressed that there should be a lot more coverage going on.This alleged leak should concern every single American in terms of the impact it has on our national security.”

“It’s interesting how there’s sort of a double standard with when the leaks occur, how much outrage there is,” Spicer observed, referring to internal leaks which have plagued the Trump campaign in the media.

“The idea that we are having these ongoing disclosures of national security and classified information should be something that everybody is outraged over in this country,” he added.

About the specific WikiLeaks accusations, he said: “You know all of these occurred under the last administration. That is important. All of these alleged issues.”

“There’s a big difference between disclosing John Podesta’s Gmail accounts, about a back and forth and his undermining of Hillary Clinton, and his thoughts of her on a personal nature and the leaking of classified information.”

Spicer also suggested that the U.S. will prosecute all those who are behind the latest disclosures, including any Wikileaks staffers. He added that Trump’s concerns likely stem from the threats that the information could pose to national security.

Spicer’s statements revealed that President Trump has changed his opinion about Wikileaks again, demonstrating that the President only considers his personal interest. When Wikileaks was revealing secrets favorable to his campaign, it was the best journalistic organization ever, but when it does the same to governmental institutions during his term, the group suddenly turns into a criminal organization.

Unfortunately, the U.S. Democratic Party and its supporters have gone through the same mental gymnastics. During Manning’s disclosures, most liberals and Democrats officials supported Wikileaks amidst Manning’s leaks, because they saw the organization as one exposing the truth of government corruption. However, during the last presidential campaign, most of the Democrats decided to change their opinion about Wikileaks and its founder, alleging that they were colluding with Russia to help Trump win the election.

As if that were not enough, after the last Wikileaks disclosure, a large number of Democrats (including those who suggested that Wikileaks was colluding with Russia) have changed their minds again and now think that Wikileaks is a reliable and honorable organization.

These extreme changes expose how a large number of people easily change their minds in relation to their own interests. Most of them lack critical thinking and are susceptible to being manipulated by both political parties and the media, though the end is the same: none of them are able to stand by either their convictions or their words.

The truth is that Wikileaks has published several countries’ governmental secrets for a decade. During all this time, it has never changed its editorial staff (most of the editors have been working at the organization for years), and it operates in the same exact way.

Wikileaks has allowed people from all over the world to know about governmental corruption, and that the CIA has conducted surveillance programs to spy on everyone all the worldwide. Thanks to that, people now have the opportunity to act in order to protect their privacy against these governmental threats. 

Wikileaks is not the real problem in our society; governments and politicians who manipulate their citizens on a regular basis are. In addition, the American political system is completely obsolete and should change to make it harder for politicians to adopt megalomaniac behaviors. The system should allow organizations such as Wikileaks to freely operate because it just exposes the truth about governmental corruption. Those who are not corrupt do not have to fear anything from Wikileaks.

The lack of critical thinking in a global society is troubling since it makes it harder for people to know what is real or not. Instead, it pushes them to blindly believe what their governments say to them. For that reason, we can observe sudden changes in people’s minds in short periods of time. In order to prevent this, the education system should change by teaching students how to think critically.

When people try to change the education system to develop critical thinking skills, both Republicans and Democrats will strongly oppose it to continue manipulating their citizens, which guarantees the continued  misconduct and political corruption in all layers of government.

Wikileaks Revelations Expose How the CIA Wants to Destroy Everyone’s Privacy

On Tuesday, Wikileaks published 8,761 documents revealing how the CIA hacks Samsung TVs, computers, phones and cars to spy on civilians all over the world. A CIA team created a new program capable of infecting the above-mentioned devices, turning them into microphones ready to collect information on their owners, even when the devices are apparently off.

Once the device is infected, the CIA can bypass the encryption on apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal by using phones programmed with Google’s Android and IOS platforms to collect audio and message traffic before encryption is applied. Further, infected devices to the controlling agent the user’s current(geographic) location, audio and text communications as well as discreetly operate the phone’s camera and microphone.”

According to Wikileaks, each technique the CIA has created ‘forms a “fingerprint” that can be used by forensic investigators to attribute multiple different attacks to the same entity’.

A troubling piece of information is that, According to Wikileaks, the aforementioned cyber weapons were compromised and the tools are likely to be in the hands of criminals and foreign intelligence agencies.

As if that weren’t enough, the release also suggests that the U.S. consulate in Germany is in fact a secret American base. Apparently, most of the workers at the Consulate are undercover hackers that regularly collect information on Europeans, Africans, and Middle Easterners. It suggests that there could be many other secret hacking bases in unsuspected places worldwide.

A curious discovery from the disclosure is that the CIA had hidden its operations trying to appear as if they were Russian hackers.Moreover, when it has often been suggested that the Russian government interfered in the last election to help Trump win, this suggests that CIA agents might have fabricated part of that story.

Experts who have started to analyze Wikileaks revelations said they appeared legitimate. They added that the release was the biggest in the CIA’s history.

Wikileaks has a long history of publishing authentic documents that have been leaked from government agencies, corporations, and powerful individuals.

When asked, a CIA spokesperson said:

“We do not comment on the authenticity or content of purported intelligence documents.”

Wikileaks announced that this is the first in a series of documents to be published which will cover the CIA’s full suite of hacking tools.

“We need to know if the CIA lost control of its hacking tools, who may have those tools, and how do we now protect the privacy of Americans… The potential privacy concerns are mind-boggling,” he said.

With this disclosure, Wikileaks has exposed how vulnerable we all are. Snowden’s disclosure exposed that the CIA had the capability to monitor and record conversations on the Internet and by phone. It also exposed the collaboration between the CIA and the biggest phone and computing companies by sharing data to spy on civilians. However, yesterday’s disclosure goes beyond this collaboration; the CIA can now spy on anyone through a broad spectrum of electronic devices. This disclosure indicates that, in the current technological era, there are few options to prevent such an espionage, removing any sort of privacy from people’s lives.

Privacy is important because it allows us to think as we please without any external manipulation. Without it, no one can develop critical thinking mind, which is central to becoming the owner of their life. People are all at risk of falling into a “vegetative state” in which people will passively accept everything told by their governments. One wants to believe that this phase is still far away, but if these surveillance methods are not phased out soon, we will reach a point of no return.

It is a fact that there is already a wide spectrum of journalists and citizens who are influenced by third parties. The way they investigate; act, or use the Internet is determined by the fear of being under surveillance. 

When critics thought that “1984” by George Orwell was just a fantasy novel, they were wrong. It is true that our society is not yet in the situation depicted therein, but no one can deny that there are many parallels and unless the CIA indefinitely suspends its surveillance programs, within a decade or two, everyone will be very tightly controlled by their government in all circumstances, even in those places without any electronic devices.

While we wait for the second part of the Wikileaks revelations, we should all think about what kind of world we want to build for future generations and start thinking about how to fight back to better protect their privacy.

“The Trump And Spencer Connection:The New Dictatorship” (1)

Richard Spencer, the pathetic, perverse, tyrannical, obstinate, fascist, and authoritarian Nazi American leader has praised Trump “the Nazi noob‘s victory” with a ‘Heil Trump’!

Spencer, who is mentally impaired and delusional is not considered to be a real threat to society. Despite, leading these sorts of organisations for many years now, he has never been able to grow them to levels considered dangerous for society. So far, Mr. “Jester” Spencer has only been supported by delusional people with low self-esteem, who have until now felt unloved.

Of course, I think that this felonious organisation should be eliminated from our society since it spreads hatred all over the world. Even so, the only operational capacity that they possess is to arrange some meetings, picnics, and fights.

Trump’s victory has boosted fanaticism to levels not seen in decades. Combined with his delusional character and ideas said fanaticism could spread chaos around the world. However, the most worrying is the election of Stephen Bannon (a Nazi propagandistic advisor) and the possible connection with Spencer’s collective.Trump’s endorsement could boost Spencer’s felonious demographic to levels never seen before in America.

Here is how an obscure organisation could grow very fast and become a real threat to society. Spencer, who is nostalgic and already fantasising about becoming the second Hitler, is currently planning his future atrocities, acting under the Trump’s Presidency umbrella.

In such a scenario, America would have a totalitarian president (Trump), with Bannon as the new Joseph Goebbels and Mr Spencer the Delusional as the new Gestapo leader of the U.S. Though it may sound exaggerated, the combination of certain factors and the more than probable connection between Trump and far-right organizations may give rise to a new dictatorship.

P.S. Remember, I am not affirming anything. I am just warning about what may happen in the next future. So you may take action to encourage Trump not to be connected with such a tyrant. In such a scenario, the events described in this article could change.

Surveillance:The Moral Obligation To Stand Up

Disgracefully, our governments conducting surveillance on us, with the intent of monitoring our movements in real time. In doing so, they deliberately violate our right to privacy. Nevertheless, it is inadvertently passing by many people, who cannot accept it because, apparently, governments do not monitor civilians.

Snowden’s revelations helped us to better understand that the NSA was amassing data from millions of users from across the world. After that, millions of people woke up and stood up to take their rights back again. However, there are still millions of people who foolishly believe in our rotten system. Sadly, they will never change it regardless of governmental behaviour since their exposure to manipulation has been for such a long time.

People must choose between standing up or losing their lives. Over the last few years, software engineers, concerned about our privacy, have designed/developed new software which enables us to circumvent the existing governmental surveillance.

Nowadays, there is a large amount of software operating and preserving our privacy from our governments like “TAILS” or “QUBES”. If you believe in your privacy, it is the time to take action to protect your communications because it is your right. In doing so, you will take back some control over your life and you will also be able to help others. Governments will suggest that it is only used by terrorists. Nevertheless, most of the users are journalists, activists and privacy advocates. If you care about your privacy then, you should stand up for your friends, family and future children.

Remember,  the more that people use this software, the stronger it will be. Therefore, it will be more challenging for our governments to monitor us in real time. I am not suggesting that you commit any crime or go against anyone since this software is mostly legal in all countries, with a few exceptions. We are not terrorists or criminals! We are just citizens of the world, who want to protect our rights.

Unfounded Accusations Against Wikileaks

In recent times, numerous “leftist” journalists and the U.S. Democratic Party have accused Wikileaks and the Russian government of colluding to help Trump. It is the first time that leftist organisations have virulently accused Wikileaks. For that reason, it is important to analyse what has happened.

Initially, Wikileaks formally announced that it owned thousands of John Podesta’s (Hillary Clinton presidential campaign) emails, including Clinton’s crimes. Wikileaks immediately announced the publication of all emails before the U.S. elections. As a result, Clinton accused Wikileaks of colluding against her. She also asserted that the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) had suggested that Russian hackers had hacked Podesta’s email with the intent of interfering in the U.S. presidential elections.

United States’ biased media took Clinton’s words as truth and began a campaign to undermine Wikileaks’ reputation. Unbelievably, there are not many journalists who have examined if the accusations are real or fabricated.

To better understand what has occurred, let’s analyse the facts.

1.Clinton’s accusations.

-Clinton fabricated conspiracy accusations against Wikileaks to hold her reputation. The FBI announced that Wikileaks did not have any connection with the Russian government. However, the FBI declared that the Russian government could hack U.S. computer systems. Nevertheless, it is not something new since both countries have done it many times to each other. In conclusion, Clinton’s accusations are unfounded.

2.Media accusations.

-Media has mostly been endorsed by Hillary Clinton and her team, which means that they are biased. For that to happen, John Podesta personally met several journalists to plan the coverture of the U.S. elections. It is disappointing for their public because journalists should fact check/verify information before any publication. It is clear that all media accusations have been unfounded.

3- Powerful people.

-Powerful people have helped Clinton to fabricate conspiracy theories to annihilate Wikileaks members.

Why I think that Wikileaks is an unbiased journalistic organisation:

Wikileaks has published millions of documents related to several governments across the world. For those, who have suggested that Wikileaks has only published documents related to the U.S. I will write more related to it later.

Here is the Timeline of all Wikileaks publications since its origins:

-Was Wikileaks partisan during the last U.S. elections?

Over the last year, several organisations and journalists have accused Wikileaks of being partisan after it released emails linked to Clinton’s “atrocities.” It is irrefutable that Wikileaks published more documents associated with Clinton than with Trump. Nevertheless, it does not mean that Wikileaks is a partisan organisation. Instead, Wikileaks is an honest journalistic platform, which possesses a 100% accuracy record in its publications since its creation.

“WikiLeaks publishes suppressed documents of diplomatic, ethical, historical or moral significance that reveal illegal or immoral behaviour. No government or private enterprise is immune. WikiLeaks is entirely funded by its readers – not by public funds, like the BBC, and not by private foundations, like the vast majority of non-governmental organisations. WikiLeaks is not “anti-western” or “anti-US It releases public interest material on governments and corporations – no matter who they are”.

-Why did Wikileaks publish emails linked to Clinton but not Trump ? Did Wikileaks unbiasedly publish the emails during the campaign? Why did Wikileaks not publish anything associated with Trumps’ “taxes?”

I am exhausted from listening to people affirming that Wikileaks is a dishonoured organisation, which deliberately published documents linked to Clinton to ruin her life. Strangely, some journalists recommended Wikileaks not to publish any document during the campaign as it might help Trump. Disregarding this advice, Wikileaks published all documents as it was considered to be in the public’s interest. Wikileaks had the duty to inform the public regarding misconduct behaviour from a presidential candidate before the elections in order to allow people to be well- informed. Honest journalism is about seeking truth regardless of the author.

-Why did Wikileaks not publish anything related to Trump’s “taxes”?

Unbelievably, numerous individuals suggested that Wikileaks expose documents associated with Trump’s misbehaviour. But how? Wikileaks did not have any documents related to him, but if Wikileaks possessed such documents, they would have been published.

WikiLeaks provides a safe means for whistleblowers to make disclosures to the public on wrongdoing committed by any government or private enterprise. For that reason, it is imperative to help whistleblowers.

In conclusion, journalistic platforms are obliged to remain loyal to the public and publish documents associated with any governmental crime.

All accusations against Wikileaks are partisan and malicious. Wikileaks has never collaborated with the Russian government. In fact, it has released over 650,000 critical documents relating to Russia under Vladimir Putin. In my opinion, people who think that Wikileaks is a partisan organization are partisan, and malicious or ignorant. 

 

Wikileaks: The Last Spark Of True Journalism

The recent election of Donald Trump promises to be a torment for those who support democracy and freedom of the press across the world. Everything indicates that the upcoming government will target the media, with the intent of censoring all sorts of news related to governmental decisions. For that to happen, Trump is plotting with his cabinet the implementation of some controversial measures which aims at scanning all articles before official publication. Disgracefully, it will be adopted by many other governments from around the world, leaving millions of people misinformed. In doing so, journalists will have to choose between being loyal to their public and risking their lives or being puppets of the new government.

Fortunately, there are many honest journalists, who are willing to risk their lives in order to maintain their remain loyalty to their public. To that end, they will have to build a strong network with other brave journalists in order to circumvent the existing censorship, with the intent of informing people about anything related to governmental decisions “in real time”. Sadly, the lack of resources will negatively impact their capacity to do true journalism. Presumably, the government will implement financial measures to punish those journalists who break the new law. In doing so, they will have to seek alternative sources to finance their journalistic projects.

Analyzing the current situation, Wikileaks is the only journalistic organization in the world with the capacity to circumvent governmental censorships. Wikileaks has demonstrated its reliability for a decade and has never been compromised by any governmental body at any point since its launch. They have been able to resist daily threats from a wide spectrum of powerful organizations and governments. Wikileaks is the only organization, which has been able to be unbiased. For that reason, it is important to ensure the full operability of Wikileaks in order to keep ourselves informed about the several governmental “atrocities”.

We know that Wikileaks is very important in our lives, so now, it is time to take action, and work all together to protect it from governmental attacks. There are many ways to help. You could become a volunteer or you could make a financial donation. In doing so, you will be able to keep it running. Thus you must make a decision! Do you want to become a governmental puppet or take actions to prevent censorship?

What is your decision?

My decision is clear. I will always support organizations like Wikileaks because without it I would become and as times fades, my persona would gradually turn into a “vegetative” state.

Surveillance: The Destruction Of Our Lives

We are living in a terrifying context where governments are gradually abolishing our civil rights, with the intent to influence our behavior. For that reason, they are deploying an advanced surveillance system that can monitor everyone around the world in real time. They are doing it intelligently and silently in order not to provoke a civil reaction, which may affect its deployment.

If people are not able to work together to stop it, the destruction of our lives will be inevitable because after some time our power to make decisions will be eliminated.

We are all at risk of sliding into a “vegetative state” where we will accept everything told by our governments without question. I want to think that this point is still far away but if we do not act soon, we will reach a point of not return. It is a fact that there are already many people who do not look on the internet for a large variety of things because they are afraid of being targeted by police departments. It means that our actions are already being influenced by third parties.

Fortunately, there are thousands of software developers that are programs that ensures some sort level of privacy, whenever we use the internet, though not everyone knows about their existence.

In recent times, several governments have gone a step further in the direction of surveilling everyone, and now, they are deploying facial recognition technology around several cities to ensure that all people are monitored. According to the provider firms, these systems are able to create millions of people’s profiles. It should terrify us because a simple hacking of the system may drive distinct police departments to wrongly detain innocents.

The facial recognition system has already failed several times, the most recent case was reported by https://theintercept.com/2016/11/04/private-intellligence-firm-proposes-google-for-tracking-terrorists-faces/ Steve Talley was arrested and accused of a bank robbery because the facial recognition system determined that he was the thief. However, the judge rejected Steve’s alibi, when he claimed he had been at work as a financial adviser for Transamerica Capital when the robbery took place. His life was ruined overnight.

I do not want to be an alarmist but if we do not take any action, what George Orwell wrote in 1984 will become a reality. In order to be free, we need to break down such surveillance, by every means possible including using software designed to grant us anonymity. People should react against all governments that are imposing surveillance on us. If you agree, look out for several interesting projects [that are about] – go and invest in them.

Why Are U.S. Journalists Targeting Julian Assange?

For a month, a large number of journalists have accused Julian Assange of interfering in the U.S. presidential elections. They have suggested that Julian is collaborating with the Russian government in order to help Donald Trump become the next U.S. president. For that reason, “Wikileaks has fabricated thousands of fake emails to damage Hillary’s Clinton reputation”. However, some of these journalists had been venerating Julian’s work for years until they suspiciously changed their opinion of him.

Why have some U. journalists changed their opinions about Wikileaks?

According to Guccifer 2.0’s leaks, these journalists have been collaborating with Hillary Clinton for months in order to ensure her victory in the US elections. They repeatedly met with John Podesta (Campaign Chair to Hillary Clinton), to plan a strategy to manipulate U.S. citizens into voting for her. The latest Wikileaks revelations have corroborated this version. They have also fabricated stories against Julian in an attempt to hide their collaboration with Hillary Clinton.

According to the term journalism, they are not true journalists because they are working with the government to rig the elections.To dissipate doubts, here is the definition of journalism: Journalism is the discipline of collecting, verifying, analyzing and presenting information gathered regarding current events, including trends, issues, and people.Those who practice journalism are known as journalists.

Why is the U.S. government targeting Julian Assange?

President Obama holds animadversions against Julian because he has compromised his mandate by releasing U.S. secrets. These releases were related to a wide spectrum of crimes including mass surveillance, unfounded detentions, violations of privacy, war crimes, violation of human rights etc.

Why is the U.S. Democratic Party attacking Julian?

Hillary Clinton rigged the primaries to become the Democratic candidate to run for the U.S. presidential elections. She and her collaborators have committed multiple crimes in their careers as politicians.They are now targeting Wikileaks in order to hide these crimes from the public view since Wikileaks has presented clear evidence regarding these crimes.

The FBI is collaborating with Hillary Clinton.

Why?

The FBI has traditionally been controlled by the U.S. government. The director James Conney refused to prosecute Hillary Clinton, against all the opinions of the investigators, who suggested that she should be prosecuted.

Glenn Greenwald and Naomi Klein,

two great journalists, have criticized Julian Assange for the Podesta’s email disclosures. They made harsh comments about Julian during an interview, suggesting that it was not morally correct to publish the Podesta’s private emails because it may implicate innocent people who cannot defend themselves.

Wikileaks has been publishing secrets from important people, who have committed crimes or violated the law. They do not reveal secrets from honest people, so in such context, Wikileaks is doing a great job. Therefore, honest people should not worry about appearing on Wikileaks’ disclosures.

Glenn Greenwald suggested that Julian’s ideas are conditioned by the isolation that he is suffering in the Ecuadorian Embassy. “ This statement was pretty nasty”

Wikileaks has never compromised people’s lives for over a decade. No one has died as a consequence of any publication. Wikileaks staff are working under intense pressure “ 24/7” , they work pretty much on verifying all documents before they are published.

How transparent would this world be without Wikileaks?

Without Wikileaks, the transparency from governments would be poor, and no one would know when governments commit crimes. Thousands of people would be oppressed.

Everyone should protect Wikileaks against those who try to destroy it.

Before you criticize Wikileaks, stop to think for a few hours, about how the world would be without this journalistic platform.

Will Julian Assange Be Extradited To The US ?

The Ecuadorian Embassy in London has cut off the Internet of Julian Assange, an individual, who has been living there for over four years. It happened shortly after WikiLeaks released new documents suggesting that Hillary Clinton was paid for giving private speeches for Goldman Sacks. But why did Ecuador cut off Assange’s Internet Access ?

Let’s analyze all events from the beginning.

Last Sunday, Wikileaks posted on Twitter three mysterious encrypted pre-commitments:

Shortly after, Everyone on the Internet started to speculate about the meaning of these messages, and some IT people suggested that they were a “Death Man’s Switch”.It is based on encrypted messages that contain relevant information that if ever released, it might be the political end of someone. According to the three tweets, they are related to John Kerry, Ecuador and FCO (United Kingdom, Foreign and Commonwealth Office). If Julian is ever assassinated, or extradited to the USA, the passwords to decrypt these enigmatic messages would be spread on the Internet, and everyone would have access to its content.

How can I decrypt these messages ?

These messages can only be decrypted by having a key code, which will be given in the event of an Assange’s death. No one can decrypt its content due to the complexity.

Can I modify encrypted messages ?

No one can modify an encrypted message. Therefore Everyone knows that the content is original.

After a few hours from the three commitments, Wikileaks published on Twitter:

Julian Assange’s internet link has been intentionally severed by a state party. We have activated the appropriate contingency plans.

At this point, everyone suspected that something else was happening and that Julian may be dead.

After a short while, Wikileaks Tweeted:

We can confirm Ecuador cut off Assange’s internet access Saturday, 5pm GMT, shortly after publication of Clinton’s speeches at Goldman Sachs.

Journalists around the world have suggested that Ecuador had ceded to the USA pressures in order to in communicate Julian Assange. People then speculated that the USA had threatened Ecuador with implementing Financial sanctions against them.

2-The John Kerry private meeting with Ecuador was made on the sidelines of the negotiations which took place principally on Sep 26 in Colombia.

It confirms that the USA has been pressing Ecuador to stop Julian Assange from disclosing new documents related to Hillary Clinton.

Why has Ecuador accepted to censor Julian Assange?

Here, there are three theories:

1- The USA has threatened Ecuador with implementing sanctions against them, which may affect the Ecuadorian economy still weak from the big earthquake, This fact could make Ecuador Go into a recession.

2- Goldman Sacks has invested millions of dollars in Ecuador, and the recent revelations suggesting a connection to Hillary Clinton could damage its reputation, so the company has threatened to remove their investments in Ecuador if they government does not censure Julian.

3- The USA may have also threatened Ecuador with a military intervention, though it seems unrealistic. We all know that the CIA has done this many times against governments that are submissive to the US.

Ecuador has declared that they will not extradite Julian Assange to the USA. However, they will not allow Julian to interfere in other countries political issues. It seems that they are not going to succeed because Wikileaks has continued publishing new documents on a daily basis even though the Ecuadorian government blocked Julian’s internet connection.

Everything indicates that Wikileaks will not cede to any external pressure coming from the USA and Ecuador. Julian and other Journalists, who work on Wikileaks have suggested that they will continue releasing new secrets until the last consequences.

So far, Julian Assange is still alive, but his determination to do his work until the end does not guarantee that he will not be extradited to the USA . Hopefully, the US government will not achieve its goal to censor him.

Originally, journalism was seeking the truth about events happening around the world on a daily basis. Back then, journalists had a good reputation because they were risking their lives in order to inform people about governments and establishment crimes. In those days, many people around the world were dreaming of someday becoming journalists to make the world a better place lo live in. However, governments in collaboration with the establishment planned a media revolution in order to stop pro-journalistic movements becoming powerful in the world. For that, governments spread indecorous ideas against true journalists in order to make people think that they were traitors. After a few years, governments succeeded in this, and called upon people to unite against enemies of the country. While this was happening true journalists were arrested, tortured, and killed by these states. As a result, governments could easily mislead people, in any way they wanted to. Dictators and prime ministers around the world were depicted by the media as heroes. However, people were living below the poverty line, and starvation had gripped the world.

Nowadays, big corporations control 90% of the world media. These corporations influence governments to do what they want them to do. They do this by fabricating stories against true journalists, who might have dared to investigate them. Corporations in collaboration with governments interfere in presidential elections in many countries around the world in order to maintain their privileges. Most of the journalists working for the corporations are seeking wealth in order to have a luxurious life, by prostituting themselves and their profession, as puppets of the establishment.

Fortunately, in recent years, alternative media seeking truth have been created all across the world, returning journalism to its origins. Now, journalistic platforms like Wikileaks have become very popular among people who want to know the truth about what is really happening in the world. This is a very hopeful sign as people are starting to trust these more than the established media. Thanks to this fact, millions of people are joining true-journalistic movements to defend real democracy in the world. There are also some tenuous signs that people could finally take actions to change the system in order to implement real democracy in the world. However, time will tell us if all of this has been just a simple hallucination, or reality.
